Free Beginners Posture Workshop

12:00pm-1:30pm
Available to those who have been practicing for under 3 months, we start this free beginners posture workshop with Pranayama breathing and look at the more complicated postures like Awkward, Eagle, Forehead to knee, Standing Bow, Triangle, Savasana, Cobra series, Camel Triangle and Kapalbhati breathing.
Sunday 5pm class
As of Sunday, February 6th, 2010, there will be a Sunday 5:00pm class.
